Ever imagined watching your favorite NFL team while soaking up the Roman atmosphere? You’re in luck! Rome may be known for its ancient history and vibrant culture, but it also harbors a hidden gem for American football fans. While soccer reigns supreme in Italy, you can still find places to catch the game and enjoy a proper pint of beer.
Where to Watch NFL in Rome
Finding a place to watch NFL games in Rome is easier than you might think. While not every bar will have the game on, there are plenty of options for fans who want to cheer on their favorite team. The key is to find an Irish pub. They are the Roman equivalent of a sports bar, but with a touch of Irish charm and often better food and service.
Tips for Watching NFL in Rome
Remember, there’s a six-hour time difference between Rome and the US, so you might only be able to catch the early games. Also, be prepared to explain to the staff what game you’re looking for, especially during the regular season. They might not be familiar with every NFL team, so having the names of both teams ready will be helpful.
