- August 13-25: 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm (every 15 minutes, last admission at 6:50 pm)
- August 27 – September 15: 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm (every 15 minutes, last admission at 6:20 pm)
- September 17 – 30: 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm (every 15 minutes, last admission at 5:50 pm)
- October 1 – December 31: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm (every 15 minutes, last admission at 2:50 pm)
- December 24 & 31: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm (every 15 minutes, last admission at 12:50 pm)

Weather & Cancellation Policy
Rain or Shine: In case of inclement weather, all shows will be cancelled.
Technical Difficulties: Should a show be cancelled due to technical issues or weather, we’ll promptly inform you via email.
Ticket Information & Reimbursements
No refunds: If you arrive late, your ticket will not be refunded, and you won’t be able to reschedule your visit.
Cancellation Refunds: If a show is cancelled due to weather or technical issues, you can request a refund or reschedule within 15 days of the cancellation date. Email your request to [email protected] (replies are sent from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Presale Costs: Please note that presale costs are not refundable under any circumstances.
International Refunds: Refunds for tickets purchased with a credit card from outside the European Union will be processed if the show is cancelled.
On-site Refunds: On-site refunds are not available.

Free Admission: Children under 6, people with disabilities and an escort from the European Union, European Union tour guides and tour interpreters (booking required at +39 060608 or at tourist infopoints with a €1 presale cost, or purchase at the ticket counter without presale cost).
Refund Policy
It’s possible to apply for a refund or change of date only if the show is cancelled due to technical issues or unfavorable weather conditions.
Important Note: Refunds and date changes must be requested within 15 days of the cancellation date. Presale costs are not refundable.
Reduced-Price Ticket Holders: Please ensure you carry the ID that qualifies you for the reduced-price admission ticket.
