Cancellation Policy: Flexibility for Your Peace of Mind
We understand that plans can change, and we want you to feel confident in your booking. That’s why we offer a flexible 72-hour cancellation policy.
If you cancel 72 hours or more before your scheduled tour, you’ll receive a full refund or can re-book (subject to availability) at no additional cost. For cancellations between 36 and 72 hours prior, you can either transfer your booking to a different date/time of the same tour (if available) or choose another tour available on our platform. A transfer fee of 10% to 35% may apply, and additional charges might apply for tours with higher prices.
Please note that cancellation requests made within 36 hours of your tour’s start time cannot be refunded or transferred.

Colosseum Underground Bookings: Important Information
At Crown Tours, we work diligently to keep our calendar updated with the latest availability for Colosseum tours. However, the Colosseum releases tickets throughout the year, so the exact time of your tour might slightly vary depending on availability.
Please be aware that due to new regulations from the Colosseum administration, all Colosseum Underground bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable within 32 days of your tour date. This policy applies to all suppliers. We will confirm your tour availability as soon as reservations are released. We’ll do our best to ensure your tour starts on the date and time you selected.
If any changes to your booking are necessary, we will notify you. You will then be eligible for a full refund in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Liability: Understanding the Scope of Our Responsibility
Crown Tours S.r.l.s. is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable tour experience. However, we are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to luggage, or death. Additionally, we cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, delay, or inconvenience caused by natural disasters or events beyond our control, such as war, floods, or severe weather.
Late Arrivals: Be Prompt for Your Small Group Tour
Once you book your tour, you’ll receive all the necessary information, including meeting locations and start times. We kindly request that you arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start time.
We cannot guarantee that you will find your guide if you are late. If you miss the tour due to late arrival, Crown Tours S.r.l.s is not responsible for any refund. While we’ll do our best to accommodate you if you are late and the tour has already begun, no refunds will be issued based on our cancellation policy.
Private Experiences & Private Transfer Services: Communication is Key
For private experiences and transfer services, please contact our office at (+39 392 533 1594) if you anticipate a delay. We cannot guarantee that a rescheduled pick-up time or day will be available at no additional charge for last-minute cancellations.

Proof of Age: Verification for Discounted Rates
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide proof of age for themselves and their children. All teenagers and children under 18 must show proof of age to receive the discounted rate. Students aged 18 to 26 must present a valid student ID to qualify for the student rate. Acceptable forms of proof include a passport, driver’s license, or birth certificate.
Last Minute Bookings: Our Commitment to You
Crown Tours is dedicated to providing every service booked through www.crowntours.com. However, due to limited availability of tour guides and tickets, we cannot always guarantee last-minute bookings. If this occurs, we will contact you to offer an alternative tour, a new starting time, or a full refund. To ensure your booking, we encourage you to contact us before making a last-minute booking.
