Your Order: From Confirmation to Delivery
When will I receive my order?
- Standard Shipping from our Saudi Arabia warehouse: Most items are usually shipped within 3-7 business days.
- Standard Shipping from the sourcing location: Most items are usually shipped within 10-20 business days.
- Peak times: During special offers or promotions, please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to arrive.
What if my order is delayed?
If your order is backordered or hasn’t shipped for two or more business days, please reach out to our Support Center immediately at +966 560696172. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
How do I track my order?
Your delivery confirmation email will contain your tracking number and order details.
Taxes and Additional Charges
Depending on the delivery country, you may be required to pay extra tax or charges such as VAT and/or import duties.

Returns and Replacements
We stand behind our products! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a free returns and replacements service.
Here’s how to return an item:
- Email us at [email protected]. We’ll keep you updated via email.
- Include a form inside your return package with: the reason for return, the purchase date, the original invoice number, and the item number.
- Provide proof of purchase from ECVV.sa.
- Ship the package to the designated address. We’ll provide this address via email after your return application is submitted.
- Prepay shipping. We don’t accept Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.s).
- Ensure the items are received unused, unwashed, not damaged or worn, except for defective or damaged items upon receipt.
- Return the items in their original packaging to ensure they are suitable for resale.
Refunds and Replacements
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 working days), your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 15 working days.
Order Cancellation
Due to our fast fulfillment process, we’re unable to cancel orders for immediate shipment. If your order is backordered or hasn’t shipped for two or more business days, please contact our Support Center immediately.
Replacements
You can replace an item if your replacement meets certain criteria:
- It wasn’t purchased with a promotion (except for free shipping promotions).
Important Note: In most cases, you’ll need to return the original item received for a replacement. Follow the guidance from our Support Center to avoid being charged for both the original and replaced items.
