First things first, you’ll need to pick a date for your adventure. When you book your tour, you’ll be asked to select your desired date. If you’re planning to hop on the bus for multiple days, your ticket must be used consecutively, starting with the date you chose.
Don’t forget, some tours might require you to choose a specific time as well. This helps guarantee your spot on the bus.
And for any extras included in your ticket, like special tours or attractions, you’ll need to book those separately through our Booking Portal after purchasing your tickets. You’ll find all the details in your booking confirmation email.

Planning a family trip? No problem! We offer child tickets for children aged 5-15. Children under 5 can travel free of charge. It’s important to note that all children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
Changing Your Tour Dates
Want to change your tour date or time? If you have a “fully flexible” ticket, you can easily change your booking without any extra charge. Just contact us to make the adjustment.
For tickets that aren’t “fully flexible”, we can still help you change your tour date. However, please be aware that there might be additional charges.
Connect with Opera Romana Pellegrinaggi
Did you know your Big Bus Tours Rome ticket is also valid on Opera Romana Pellegrinaggi (ORP) buses? That’s right, you can hop on and off both Big Bus Tours and ORP buses with just one ticket! To board an ORP bus, simply show your booking confirmation to a Big Bus Tours staff member. They will exchange it for a bus tour ticket receipt, which you can then use to ride the ORP buses.
