Will my ticket be emailed to me?
No, we’re going digital! Your ticket will be on your RFID wristband, which will be mailed to you about 6 weeks before the event. You’ll also get an email confirming your purchase.
What is an RFID wristband?
It’s like magic! The RFID wristband uses radio waves to identify you, making it super easy to pay for stuff at the vendors with just a tap and get you through the gates in a flash!
Will I be searched coming into the festival?
Of course! We want to make sure everyone is safe and has a great time. You’ll need to pass through a metal detector, and your bags will be checked for safety reasons.
Does my bag have to be clear?
No, but it will be checked, so just pack light!
What You Can (and Can’t) Bring
What items are prohibited to bring into the festival?
To keep everyone safe, please don’t bring any weapons, including guns, knives, or any other dangerous items.
What am I allowed to bring into the festival?
We’re all about having fun and staying hydrated! You can bring empty water bottles to fill at our water stations, and feel free to bring a blanket or lawn chair to relax in the designated Chair Zones.
Can I bring my own cooler or food/drinks?
We’ve got you covered with over 25 amazing food vendors, from Southern BBQ to Greek food! So, leave the cooler at home and come hungry!
Can I bring an umbrella or tent for shade?
Sorry, umbrellas and tents aren’t allowed because they might block other people’s views. But don’t worry, we have plenty of shaded areas within the festival grounds to help you cool down.

Can I leave and come back?
If you have a Car Camping or RV wristband, you can come and go as you please. Everyone else can enter the festival once per day.
For guaranteed seating, we recommend securing Reserved Elevated seating. VIP ticket holders also enjoy access to VIP lounges with available seating. You can also bring your own lawn chair or rent one for use in the designated Chair Zones.
What is the GA Party Zone?
This is the place to be if you’re ready to dance the night away! No chairs allowed here, so get ready to move and groove!
Ticket Information
You can purchase tickets directly through the Rock the Country website on the tickets page. We strongly recommend that you do NOT purchase tickets from any other website aside from our official website. We cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets bought from any other sources. Your safest and most reliable option is to obtain your tickets through our official website.
Can I use my 2-day wristband on Friday and someone else uses it on Saturday?
Nope! Each wristband is unique and can only be used by one person for the entire duration of the festival.
I have bought my ticket online and have not received it.
Your wristband will be mailed to you about 6 weeks before the festival, so don’t worry if you haven’t received it yet.

General Information
What is the refund policy on ticket purchases?
All ticket sales are final, including service fees. If the event gets canceled, you’ll get a refund for the ticket price but not the service fees.
Are children allowed at the concerts?
Kids are welcome, but keep in mind that there will be alcohol available. Children 2 and under are free, while children 3 and up need a full-price ticket.
What payment options do vendors take?
You can easily connect your credit card to your RFID wristband for quick and easy payments. Many vendors also accept credit cards.
Who should I tell if I see a problem?
Your safety is important to us! If you notice something, please contact our Uniformed Security Team or Local Law Enforcement who are on-site.
Will there be first-aid on-site?
Yes, absolutely! First aid services will be available provided by local Fire & Rescue teams. They’re there to help, so don’t hesitate to ask for assistance.
What are the ADA Accessibility options?
We’re committed to making Rock the Country accessible to everyone. Here’s what we offer:
- ADA Parking: Designated ADA parking spaces are available.
- ADA Shuttles: Transportation to and from the festival is available via ADA shuttles.
